Meet The Team

Archie Jefferies

Pre-Construction Director

Archie entered the building services industry as a heating and ventilation apprentice in 2003. He has since undertaken many roles within SME’s in the industry from foreman to contracts manager, design to estimating.

A keen (if average) golfer, Archie likes to get out on the course as and when he can between business and family life.

Spencer Hurst

Projects Director

Spencer started out in the Building Services industry in 2003 as an apprentice Mechanical Design engineer, attending the City of Bath College & gaining a HNC in Building Services Engineering in 2007. Since joining Keyplan in 2014 Spencer has established himself as a hardworking, committed & loyal member of the team.

Outside of work Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, watching football & playing poker.

James Kemery

Director

James started his working career on building sites in 1996 and quickly progressed through to management level, bringing with him his practical knowledge & wealth of experience which has enabled him to ensure projects are run smoothly and efficiently.

When James isn't busy working he enjoys running and cycling.

Matthew Crewe

Senior Mechanical Estimator

Matthew entered the building services industry in 2005 as a CAD technician, eventually moving into the role of design co-ordinator. This role saw Matthew move into project management for a few years before turning to estimating in 2015. Matthew has developed his estimating skills ever since working on all manner of projects.

Matthew enjoys spending time with his family outside of work and is an avid Liverpool FC fan.

Jon Britton

Project Manager

Jon joined Keyplan as a trainee building services engineer in September 1992, attending the City of Bath College & gaining a ONC in Building Services Engineering in 1996. Jon's longevity at Keyplan is testament to his dedication, loyalty & work ethic.

In his free time Jon enjoys playing & watching football, and spending time with his family & friends.

Paul Davies

Project Manager

Paul started out in the Building Services industry in 1994 as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer. Attending the City of Bath College he gained a HNC in Building Services Engineering in 1998. Paul joined Keyplan in 2008 and is an experienced, dedicated and valuable member of the Keyplan team.

Outside of work, you will normally find him chasing after his kids or up the golf range trying to improve his game.

Ross Smele

Trainee Estimator

Ross joined Keyplan in 2019 as a site operative where his enthusiasm and drive quickly shone through and led him to join the office as a Trainee Estimator. In due course Ross will attend the City of Bath College where he will gain his HNC in Building Services Engineering.

Ross is a keen Pool player and enjoys playing as much as possible at his local pub.

Sarah Davies

Office & Accounts Manager

Sarah started working in the construction industry in 1990 as an Office Administrator and joined Keyplan in 2012 as the Accounts Manager. Sarah is revered for being a hardworking, conscientious and impeccably organised member of the team.

Sarah enjoys baking, countryside & coastal walking, reading and Zumba.
