Keyplan Engineering Limited have secured the mechanical package for Generator Building at Finzels Reach, Bristol for Overbury Plc.
This striking Grade 2 listed building used to house the generator for Bristol's tram system, hence the name. It will now become premium office space overlooking the wonderful Bristol Harbour.
