Description of Works:
Keyplan Engineering Ltd have been appointed to carry out the design, supply, installation & commissioning of the mechanical services to 3 primary areas of the City of Bath College, namely, 3rd floor Macaulay building, 4th floor Herschel Building & ground floor Forge building. The works comprise the isolation and making safe of existing services whilst maintaining live services to key areas of the building in readiness for the removal of services by others, as well as the re-instatement of new services following refurbishment of said areas.
