Description of Works:
Keyplan Engineering were appointed to carry out the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the mechanical services to this new build project consisting of 50 no extra care apartments in Lyde Green, Bristol.
The project consists of ground floor communal facilities including living & dining area, Hairdressers and Kitchen/Servery. There is a Laundry on the 3rd floor. Extra Care apartments at ground, first, second & third floor level.
