Keyplan Engineering were appointed to carry out the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the mechanical services modifications to the 2nd floor office reconfigurations and the conversion of existing warehouse unit into development lab and goods inwards space, general description as follows:
2nd Floor LiveWest – Modification of existing office floor plate to accommodate new cellularised meeting rooms, kitchenette and open plan office space.
WestOne Building – Complete fit out of the existing commercial unit shell to form a new development lab & goods in space.
